Personal Info
Patrick Sweeney
Patrick represents clients in state and federal trial courts, Michigan appellate courts, and various administrative tribunals. Patrick is a graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Central Michigan University. Prior to joining Bloom Sluggett, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen Markman of the Michigan Supreme Court and spent ten years with a midsized Grand Rapids law firm in its commercial litigation and real estate practice groups, advising and representing individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Patrick lives in Grand Rapids with his wife, their objectively adorable daughter, and their two loud dogs. When he isn’t working, Patrick enjoys trips, games, good food, and company better than his own.
