Bloom Sluggett is pleased to welcome Noah Duncan to the firm. Noah focuses on general municipal law, assisting local governments with a wide range of legal matters and operational needs.
Noah developed an interest in municipal law early in his legal career and intentionally sought opportunities to build a strong foundation in the practice area while in law school. Through a clerkship with a municipal law firm and an internship with the City of Grand Rapids, he gained experience advising and representing a diverse range of municipal clients and working with the legal and operational issues that local governments face.
At Bloom Sluggett, Noah takes a thoughtful, practical approach to helping municipalities navigate complex issues and develop effective solutions for their communities. His work will support the firm’s continued commitment to providing responsive, knowledgeable counsel to local governments throughout Michigan.
Noah earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List and served on the executive board of a student organization. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University.
Outside of the office, Noah enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Marshmallow. He also enjoys relaxing along the Lake Michigan shoreline.
“We’re excited to welcome Noah to the firm,” said Jeff Sluggett, founding partner at Bloom Sluggett. “His early focus on municipal law and hands-on experience working with local governments make him a great addition to our team.”
Please join us in welcoming Noah to Bloom Sluggett.
